Here's 1P Mode on Very Hard with Kirby. Not too different than doing it with Jigglypuff, since both characters are pretty much the same. It's actually easier with Kirby since he's heavier than Jigglypuff. I get very lucky on the Giant Donkey Kong fight, and just beat the Fighting Polygon Team normally.
