Here is a walkthrough of me going through Metroid: Other M for the Wii. I am getting a 100% completion which is only in terms of item pickups.

I go through most of Sector 1, the Biosphere. On the way, I face some new enemies like the Boss Battle with the Ghalmanian and find some expansions. Another new one is the Accel Charge, which lets Samus charge her Beam (and eventually, Missiles) faster.
