There's one more move in Smash, where he just swings his sword above him, which at most could be attributed to Link's up-tilt or Ganondorf's new Up Smash.

Comparison of Ganon's attacks and animations in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate with origin games, including footage from Ocarina of Time 3D, Twilight Princess HD, Skyward Sword, and Breath of the Wild (Switch ver.). It seems none of his attacks are inspired from the 2D games. Of course, you could argue some of the generic sword attacks here that I attributed to Twilight Princess are a closer match to his sword attacks in Wind Waker, since he actually dual-wields in that game, but eh. He doesn't really do a traditional jump attack in the game, nor does he jump super high to the point of going offscreen, and his spin attack only has him do a 360 rather than multiple full spins.
