I go up against some good players, and I use a character that I am not that great with, I do not like Isabelle's Smash Attacks, because you have to be up close to the target in order to do it. While her Fishing Rod is a good move, it's just to get in some damage on foes.
We fight on Reset Bomb Forest, a stage from Smash Bros. 3DS, and it is based off of Chapter 11 from Kid Icarus: Uprising. This stage has two different layouts, about a minute into the battle, Viridi will appear in the background and a Reset Bomb explosion which will cause the stage to transition. In the second layout, there are platforms that you can attack. A minute after that, the stage goes back to the original layout, when you start the battle.
I'm not a huge fan of this stage, and the other players were quite good, Meta Knight was decent, while Link and Richter were skilled players. I didn't even realize that Isabelle's Fishing Rod can hook items, I know about the infamous Assist Trophy glitch, which has been patched since, so you can no longer perform the Assist Trophy glitch in this game.
