Who's the most overpowered hero in a setting where Daxamites and Kryptonians are common? Well that would be the near limitless power copying Hero of Lallor, Duplicate Boy!

Note: I originally listed the real name of the character as "Quelu Ord" because I was going off the "Who's Who" put out by DC, but that can be a weird source for info sometimes. User "Second Guess" commented: "Hate to be a continuity wonk, but I don't believe the multitude of names given to Duplicate Boy in canon EVER included Quelu Ord -- despite what a number of on-line databases say.
I'm pretty sure DB was first christened Ord Qelu in Adventure 354 (March, 1967) -- Jim Shooter's legendary adult Legion story. For some reason, Shooter shuffled the name to Qued Orlu in a couple of subsequent tales (in 1969 and 1976), only for Paul Levitz to take it back (more or less) to Ord Quelu in 1983."
I take that attention to detail as more accurate than Who's Who (which was also the source for the weird psychic version of Dev-Em), so I've updated the episode description and art to reflect that, though the in video image can't be updated.

If I'm overlooking some 1960s text pages or reboot retcon, I invite one and all to set me straight.

Original Text: I mentioned yesterday that the 30th century in DC comics have enough powerful beings that a rogue Kryptonian doesn't really mess with the curve. In addition to villains like Mordru or Validus, there are also heroes like Duplicate Boy who make for a good #SupermanAnalogue
Duplicate Boy was one of the "Heroes of Lallor", another team of heroes of the era (something that I'm glad existed for the sake of world building). His powers were copying any superpower he encountered without any of the limitations that characters like Mimic or Super-Skrull had
This meant that Duplicate Boy, who had his run ins with Mon-El and the rest, could boast to have the classic Superman powersets, but he also had been around plenty of other heavy hitters, such as Colossal Boy, with whom he had a rivalry for Shrinking Violet's affection.
Duplicate Boy was thus one of the most powerful heroes of Pre-Crisis DC and it's not completely surprising that he hasn't appeared since.
However, he wasn't without weaknesses. He passed out when he tried to copy Validus' powers and has forgotten to turn on certain key powers, such as invulnerability. He's also not particularly smart.
But when you can go to to toe with Superboy while warping magnetic fields like Cosmic Boy and simultaneously waging a psychic war with Saturn Girl, you're not going to let a couple minor weaknesses get you down.
Duplicate Boy wasn't ever the leader of his group. He wasn't one that everyone looked to be inspired by, but he was definitely someone you wanted in your corner. Sometimes the Superman of your group plays the role of scrapper instead of older brother, and that fits Duplicate Boy
Design-wise, his costume had some of the crazy flourishes of 70s era Legion. I enjoyed the harlequin patterns along his neck and nethers. The green draws your eye, but also tells you that he's not as stalwart a hero as a primary colored crusader.
