When Case talks about a #supermananalogue, sometimes the connection is less obvious than others. In Hellion's case, we're talking about jacket wearing telekinetic jock, much like the 90s Superboy. Is that enough? Why not?

Original Text: I need to stop saving the fun Superman analogues, but today's not the day for a long thread. So I'm going to talk about a character that I'm embarrassing not that up on: Hellion from X-Men.
Now Hellion is one of several X-Men characters with limited telekinesis (in range more than power). I mean, mental powers are kind of their thing. Hellion as a result has a power set VERY similar to the modern Superboy and a look that's pretty similar too.
The name is indicative of his close relation with Emma Frost. He's one of her proteges and his bad boy personality backs that up. He was part of an expansionist era for the #XMen with several small teams of young mutants.
(And mind you that I am going off memory and haven't really been reading X-Men that closely in awhile and this was kind of at the beginning of that waning period)
Hellion mostly fits the bill by looks and powers. Their are closer and more interesting analogues on the team, but he always stuck out as very much a twist on Superboy and I found that enjoyable. He was the preppy/jock/rich kid archetype that is perfect in an academic setting.
