19/19 suspects arrested. broken my old time record from 9:59 min to 9:38 min. best is to skip the hostages first and get first all the suspects otherwise there is a big chance you will get shot because each floor has multiple ways where suspects can come from. i did only get those hostages in small rooms and kitchen because i pass there already to go to the third floor.
