Welcome to the fourth episode of Switch It Up where we will be discussing each week's new releases in the Nintendo Switch eShop. Some weeks, like this, we'll be cram-packed full of new releases. Others will have just a few announcements. This show is mainly about the digital releases on the system, however, we will discuss key physical releases when appropriate.

Smoke And Sacrifice ($19.99)
Pirate Pop Plus ($4.99)
Quad Fighter K ($7.99)

My Hits:
For this week there are a TON of new releases but Joe & Mac, Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection and Ikaruga are sure-fire home runs for me. You get a TON of content with Street Fighter, plus online play makes this a must-own for the Switch. I also love the original Joe & Mac and, for $6.99 it's worth buying on the Switch. It is such a silly-fun game and I love it. Finally, Ikaruga is tough as nails but amazingly gorgeous at the same time. If only there was a physical release coming too. Maybe Limited Run Games can fix this.

My Hidden Gems:
Yoku's Island Express and Icey both look like games I'd enjoy. The gameplay of Yoku reminds me of a ton of other games I absolutely love and I think would go well together. As I stated in the video itself Icey reminds me so much of the Animatrix, perhaps mixed with a touch of Portal as well. The narrator being an antagonist that you interact with reminds me of the computer in Portal, and the animation style definitely has the Animatrix-styling to it.
