They fixed some, it seems, but not all. I may have missed recording one other because I think he started out with the Rakata VO when talking after Voss/before The Javelin but quickly switched to Esh-ka. All cutscenes surrounding The Javelin have the companions bugged, showing their head pieces when they should be hidden.
