Republic Guide. Remember all the coloured matrix shards you've been picking up while datacron hunting? THIS is what you do with them.
You can use the coloured shards to construct a Matrix Cube (Relic) to be put in the Relic slots on your Character Sheet.

The colour crystals you use in constructing your relics will determine the stats of the finished relic. Higher level crystals will get you better stats as well.
