Please read this: This is not a speedrun, but rather a playthrough, where I only play the level through.

So, I fucking hate Part 1. I always get "seen" all of a sudden, I know it was probably because I wasted one of the guys and the other one noticed the "body" or lack of another goon. I haven't tried starting from the main door and work my way up because it sounds stupid to try and be sneaky when going through the most obvious entrance. You also need to finish Part 1 with stealth in order to get the combination to the keypad on one of the doors in Part 2 (Yavlinsky mentions it when you sneak by the security room). Luckily you can just pick Part 2 in Mission Mode and it will start out assuming you cleared Part 1 with perfect stealth and sneaking up to Yavlinsky is pretty simple.
Anyway, the game is generous enough to give me the Desert Sniper .357, my favorite handgun.

Also note, when entering the building from the same place I did, never -- and I mean NEVER -- crouch before you climb up the plant preceding the pipe you need to shimmy. Just a slight twitch and Gabe will climb down on the side and let go, effectively committing suicide. Too bad the dead hooker can't break your fall.
