22System wise, this is one of the most optimal damage combos that Shaheen can get out of a standard launch. You can technically get more damage out of F3+4~df~db~Ws+3 but it doesn't register in the game as a true combo.
EDIT: You can get 2 more points of damage by substituting the F+244 tailspin move with 41, Df+3: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l5pQdQFvvTY
