Learn how to cleverly use Tekken's input buffer system to your advantage and perform dash up combo enders more consistently in this guide on Command Kills. I apologize in advance for the poor sound quality--I was experimenting with a different mic setup and it kinda backfired =p.

I was initially exposed to this technique when doing the Setnomessej Rage Drive Combo Challenge and he gave me some tips on how to more consistently perform it-- So shout outs to Jesse Montes for the strats. Moving on with the story, a couple of weeks ago as I was working on the Shaheen quicknotes video I stumbled upon a Tekken Zaibatsu guide where someone showed how to dash up and perform a neutral 3 without accidentally getting a while running 3. From there it was history, I immediately knew that I was on the verge of something really good, and as I began doing my own research, I found out that in one way or another they can be applied to the entire cast, with various degrees of practicality. Command kills are super awesome man, and they make Tekken so much less stressful and more fun. Command kills are part of why players like JDCR, Nobi, LowHigh and Mr.Naps can execute dash in wall carry combos so consistently. It's not just that they are highly skilled, but it's also the fact that they are working with the in-game mechanics rather than against it. It looks like more work, but in reality once it becomes muscle memory, the iWR plus the command kill execution becomes very comfortable and easy to do.

MORE USEFUL COMMAND KILLS
Devil Jin: F2+3 is a command kill for when you want to run up and do neutral 2 after S!
Lars: F3+4 is a command kill for his Dynamic Entry Stance (F+3)

If you're interested in the stick I'm using it's a dual modded stick designed to work on PS3/Xbox360. It also has legacy support on PS4 fighting games such as T7, SFV, KOF14, GG, BB, MKX, and IJ2 etc. I highly recommend this fight stick, I've been using it years and it's served me well ^_^.
