0This reminds me of that one game with ragdoll physics and the red 3D ' knight' in its home title.
That added all the things to it. It was proving quite popular some time ago.

It had a acronym for its name.
Though, as for calling this a tactics game. Well...
Rating it on that base alone. Although enjoyable.
I'd say this is not invalid entirely and is a bit of a stretch to call it that.. This is more what I would consider a fancy freestyled casual fantasy game with minor tactics aspects to it sort of, kind of, maybe. Although, not a tactics game.
I would still recommend giving this game a try with its pretty graphics and overall, smooth running speed and modest memory usage, overall for what it is.
