HARCORE TARKOV 16.0 Ruleset (unchanged from Season 4)
1. You must delete all starting items.
2. You can't buy any equipment other than containers, maps, flares, and "special items" from traders.
3. You are allowed to barter for items with traders.
5. Roubles can be exchanged for Dollars and Euros with Traders.
6. You cannot use the flea market (except to sell items that cannot be sold to traders).
7. You can't take out insurance on items.
8. Container Rules:
8.1. Only unidentified keys may be placed into the pouch container while in-raid.
8.2. The pouch may be used to 'hold' any item temporarily while in raid but you can't move while doing this.
8.3. Only keys, cash, maps, and any containers that hold these items may be placed into the pouch container while in the stash and then taken into a raid.
9. No scav raids allowed.
10. The goal is to get to maximum reputation with all traders (except for Fence, duh)
