304Crusader Kings 3 continues and following the death of our neighbouring Abyssinian King, his lands are split into two somewhat weaker parts, so we take the opportunity to grab ourselves some more land whilst they find themselves in disarray!
However things don't go entirely to plan as the Abyssinians call in the mighty of the Coptic Holy Order, which contributes quite a huge amount of soldiers. We have our allies come in to help but it seems that our enemy has invested quite heavily in mercenaries...
There's more conflict as well as we try to get our hands on some more territory elsewhere and we're forced into a defensive war as someone declares war on us! How rude.
We change our lifestyle to that of learning with a medicine focus, just to try to survive a little longer, and this helps us pick up a nice new trait.
Also we have to deal with some peasant rabbles, we relinquish an artefact and we attempt to help one of our vassals sort their castle out.
