I have seen much discussion about the various cards from Dragonstorm but only a loose treatment of Teval Arbiter of Virtue and much of it seems to mistake her for Balanced Scale which is a dread commander through and through.

I hope to break down what makes Arbiter of Virtue unique, how to play into it and also sort of convey a mood that the art put me in... this is not a deck tech, nor just a card review but a bit of a mood board so... I hope you enjoy it.
