Batista questions Philia's beliefs as he dies at her feet, and the party rescuses Fayte and his lover Leianna. With that, Moreau is liberated from Greybaum's influence. The party charters a ship to follow Tiberius and Greybaum to Toukei, but along the sea route they find that Greybaum has left them a present roaming in the seas.

The Kraken is pretty simple. It's weak to basic attacks and light, so its easy to keep in a combo for the most part. It kept hunting down Philia which pissed me off, but otherwise it's a smooth fight. On Evil mode it starts casting Maelstrom, which can hurt, as well as start using Triple Swing, which is what it used to beat Philia and the party down a few times. Like any other non-significant boss, though, the Kraken is 90% cake.
