Yeah, so this is my answer. You know how I mentioned something about playing ToD DC in hopes that it'd help get my motivation back? Well, this is why I said yes and no. Yes, it did get me interested in Tales again, but at the same time, it made me realize exactly how much I don't like ToD2. No offense ToD2 fans, but in terms of storyline and character development, that game is the pits. And yeah, I know that ToR's story is not award winning material either, but at the very least, it had a very solid battle system. And peach pie. ^^

Anyway, I'm basically going to test a psychological theory here and implement some positive reinforcement. So I'm going to try alternating between a game that I don't like so much and a game that I like and see how things turn out. And since ToD DC is sort of side project and there's already a translation for it floating around, it won't be the end of the world if I end up dropping it or whatever. Yeah, it means that it's going to cut into ToD2 translating time, but right now, this may be the only thing that'll keep me going.

Anyway, I did something a bit unusual for this segment since I actually subbed the song for once, which just happens to be one of the three things that I absolutely detest doing translations of (the other two being Artes and battle quotes). My translation is not very singable, so you'll have to pardon that, but otherwise I *think* it's accurate for the most part. Also, I do realize that this is not a huge deviation from the ToDr wiki (which I did reference like I did with spekio's ToR script), but I'm not sure if it's due to a similarity of translating/editing styles or the script itself being too simplistic at this point. *shrugs* Anyhoo, enjoy.
