Shadow Muzet can be quite the handful. Even with max P/A/Atk/Def, and elemental Guard skills(borrowed from Luds) she can still rack up damage pretty quickly. In the beginning, she will pretty much only use spells, none all too threatening other than Diffusional Drive, which heals her for 81,000HP, but are easily identifiable by her incantations and casting colors. She will also mostly counter with spells as well, utilizing the Aerial Spell skill even(much better to deal with than Shock Sphere =01) She does have the Grace skill however, which prevents her from being staggered during spellcasting. There's a bit of a trick to this that there is a window between her completing her cast time and casting the actual spell that she is vulnerable. Hitting her during that window usually prevented the cast.

After 50%HP, she'll pretty much go all physical, which makes staying on top of her much easier. She'll usually counter with Illusionary Charge. Very deadly; it's essentially a Falling Snow. After 25%HP she still stays with physicals, but counters with spells. This can suck because she can get superarmor on a DD cast, giving her a free heal. Fortunately, didnt' happen this time.

As mentioned before, she has instant counters of Sharpened Petals and Illusionary Charge. It's different from the blue "!" counter in that there is no warning beforehand; she just uses it. It's the same concept as Ludger's Counter Artes skill, where you can use Psychic Restoration(Plus) and Flame Tunnel(Plus) while staggered instantly:

This allows her to constantly break my attacks. Furthermore, she can combo out of them, making her particularly deadly. Before 50%HP, she'll combo into it with a spell; after 50%HP, she'll use physicals. Getting IC'd/SP'd into combos and/or Spire Throw constituted most of my losses.

Equipment I went with Laurel Crown(a given) to prevent status effects, HP-heal headgear/TP-heal armor and TP-reducing/healing weapon. The confusion that's caused by using the weapon(its light-based) is a bit of a bane, cause she'll go after Luds even if aggro is on me, but it was much beneficial to get 90TP every 10 secs vs the fail run where I ran out of TP before the halfway point, especially since I spam Eagle's Rage a lot. Strategy pretty much is to stay on top of her as she teleports and(try) to attack her in a way that pushes her away(I don't do this as efficiently as I could) to keep the interruptions at a minimum. If my HP gets low, I use a bunch of attacks so I can utilize the Chain Spell skill and cast Heal quickly.
