The Ascadian Bluffs (formerly the Askkaedth Coast before Imperial cartographers changed the name due to frequent spelling mistakes) is one of the smallest regions of mainland Morrowind, a narrow band of rolling green hills, rocky bluffs, and shallow waterways nestled between the Clambering Moors to the west, the Roth Roryn to the south, and the mouth of the Thirr River to the east. Despite being a relatively small region, the Ascadian Bluffs is fairly densely populated, with the major Hlaalu port city of Andothren acting as the region's capital, and providing a safe harbor for ships coming and going in the Inner Sea.

Other settlements include the tiny Hlaalu fishing village of Gol Mok near the mouth of the Thirr River, a favorite spot for smugglers making the crossing over to Vvardenfell, and the small Imperial village of Teyn, located in the western part of the region, is home to Fort Ancylis, and is a regular stopping point for the Imperial Coast Guard and Navy for patrols of the Inner Sea. While much of the region is settled, you'll find the occasional ruin particularly along the borders with the Roth Roryn, as well as a number of smuggler hideouts and tombs.

The Ascadian Bluffs hasn't been released yet, though it's currently mostly exterior complete (pending some slight potential revisions to Andothren), and some towns, like Teyn and Gol Mok, already have interiors and NPCs. There's no set release date for the Ascadian Bluffs, but most likely it'll be released sometime between 2020 and 2022.
