Description:
When Morrowind first released in 2002, it was a beautiful game with, at the time, what was considered to be high-end graphics, but over the course of years, there can be no question that certain graphical elements of the game have, perhaps, aged poorly. Foremost among these is the often times flat textures that adorn landscapes, with limited groundcover, unlike Morrowind's successors such as Oblivion which came with auto-generated animated grass and groundcover for their entire landmasses.

This has been something that modders have tried to address again and again over the years, first with the Morrowind Grass Mod back around 2008, and then later with groundcover mods by Vurt and Ozzy, and finally, newer groundcover and grass mods by Remiros and Rytelier released earlier this year. These four (Vurt, Ozzy, Remiros, and Rytelier) are the main groundcover mods for Morrowind today, but which one best fits your game? That's what we're going to try and find out!

Most of these groundcover mods are modular in nature, and as such, this series is going to focus on a different region for each video, taking a look at and comparing each of the four main groundcover mods for each region, and today we're covering the Bitter Coast, the starting region of the game, and arguably one of the more atmospheric regions on Vvardenfell.
