Iwata shares the "highly sophisticated" anti-piracy measures?

Piracy has been a huge problem for the DS. Apparently Nintendo has been working on a highly sophisticated means of preventing it. Unfortunately, it sounds like this "sophistication" was a tad exaggerated. "As part of the functionality of SpotPass, we're looking into having automatic system updates via the internet," said Satoru Iwata, Nintendo's president. Is that the only protection we can expect? Automatic updates that try to squash piracy? Now, the aspect of this that may be effective is that genuine system updates (including new functionality) are bundled in with the anti-piracy measures, but even that's little more than a band-aid on a flesh wound. Although, maybe Nintendo just aren't letting the whole cat out of the bag just yet.
Does 3DS reign supreme in graphical comparisons?

Yes! IGN have create a bunch of comparison images between Nintendo 3DS games and counterparts from other platforms and almost unanimously the 3DS comes out on top. Ridge Racer is the odd one out in the bunch, losing out to its PSP counterpart because it's simply a port from the iPhone. But beyond that it's pretty much a white-wash.
