THIS IS A TOOL-ASSISTED SPEEDRUN. This demo was built entirely using XDRE 2.20.

I'm so glad to have gotten this, I was sitting on a low 24 for a while but have really wanted to shave that extra second off for some time now.

Before doing the last 2 small wallruns, my only idea to save any significant amount of time was to try to get an elastic collision on the wall while going down the descending staircase at the start after the first switch. I'm glad I don't have to do try that, because I honestly have no clue how I'd go about getting an elastic collision in a tas!

There're 9 wallruns, some being much more useful than others. Two more small ones are possible on the small bits of wall to the right after getting down the aforementioned stairs (before reaching the wall that is lowered by hitting the first switch), and other than that I can't really think of any other ways to improve the route. If a similar route was taken but the wallruns were optimal, plus that elastic collision and those two small wallruns were included, I think this could maybe be a 23.7 or so, but unless something major is found I don't believe 22 seconds is possible.
