THIS IS A TOOL-ASSISTED SPEEDRUN. Nearly all of this demo was built frame-by-frame using xdre 2.20. Each of the 76,500 tics (or frames at 35 fps) from maps 1-29, & the beginning of 30, were entered manually. The majority of map 30 was recorded with the slow motion & segmented recording features of Prboom.
This demo is on YouTube and I recommend that you watch it there**. Despite a decent number of skips and tricks, there are unfortunately a few "arena" sections that result in some tedious waiting in a NoMo run, which can be more conveniently skipped on YouTube. Otherwise, play the demo with "smooth demo playback" on (already applied on YT vid), because I probably like sharp turns a bit too much. :)
Thanks to the Eviternity team for making this, it's hands down the most fun I've ever had with Doom. Thanks also to various other players for finding some of these tricks & skips, & to the helpful people on Discord for helping me learn to use XDRE and its brute force function.

*Difficulty of course doesn't tend to matter in a NoMo run. However, it affects the potency of rocket jumps and boosts (of which there are 34 in this demo) and affects the fight on map 30, which is still there in NoMo.
