Tools-Assisted speedrun through Needs More Detail (nmd.wad)
on Nightmare skill, in 5 minutes and 10 seconds.
Recorded using prboom-plus 2.4.8.2 with a -complevel 3 (ultimate doom
compatibility)

This movie wasn't meant to be optimized to the very last tic, it was recorded
in two evenings, simply for my own pleasure. And it was fun to play,
seriously. Mainly because it is my first experience of recording on nightmare
difficulty (10sec demos don't count). I couldnt imagine it would feel so
different, especially in a TAS run.

(very) brief comments:
e1m1: No tricks here.

e1m2: In the BK room i figured out that lowering a lift is faster than waiting
for the platform to raise. I also force the yellow door to stay open. And i
had to pick up this invisibility :)

e1m3: This keygrab isn't easy.

e1m9: Lots of hitscanners, but they were easy to avoid with T-assistance,
as they tend to hurt each other more often than me. I use a spectre as a
shield at 21:xx, and also get him distracted, so i can retreat back after
pressing the switch. No possibility to retreat = instant death.

e1m4: I grab the medikit through the wall.

e1m5: Nothing special here.

e1m6: Very fun map, so many monsters to avoid. Running on UV isn't
so cool, but nightmare skill really makes things interesting.

e1m7: It wouldn't be difficult to blaze through this one, but i wanted to
kill some stuff.

e1m8: The gaps are only 24 units wide, so no glide is possible. And i
didn't count those rockets, just blasted barons as long as i had ones.
