The reason why the title says 3,600 FPS instead of 14,400 FPS, like my earlier videos, is because I've found that Brawl slows down the game differently based on what type of Timer item subtype used.

Timer item subtypes that only slow down your opponents (or yourself) slow down the game based on this code:

4A000000 80B89080
14000000 00XXXXXX
E0000000 80008000

Where 00XXXXXX is substituted by 00000004 as default, meaning that the Timer item slows down the game by a factor of 4 in all instances. You can replace the series of X's all the way up to FFFFFF, which makes time completely stop, but only if the Timer item acts on your opponents or yourself. The last subtype, which slows down the entire game akin to Training Mode speeds, can only go to speeds as low as 1/60th of normal speed, from what I theorize, as the footage sped up by 60 times looks pretty indistinguishable from normal speed. 60 x 60 = 3,600, so that's the reason why the title's different.

Anyways, through modification of the Timer's Duration's RAM Address, I was able to have an entire combo go through hyper-slow motion. I'll probably upload the entire combo in slow motion in another video, for those that want to see the whole thing.
