I modified Falco to have no knockback scaling on most of his moves and his rolls to act as a teleport, alongside the obvious ability to stop time for 30 seconds when an attack hits his shield. All other sound effects and music were added in, and the bit showing Falco's Stand was done using After Effects.


I realize my mistake in naming Falco Jojo instead of Dio, but that's all because I didn't do my research well enough.
