Comments: I had a go at this after seeing El Juanchos efforts to grind this map down non-TAS. I made a 8.40 TAS using what are technically human viable inputs which included making an effort to not do SR50 on turns, though I don't have a particularly good instinct for the line between 'technically possible' and 'practically possible', though I do know that such a line exists somewhere. After that I wanted to see what a higher effort TAS could do.

Anyway, 8.31. This DOES have SR50 on turns and I messed around a fair bit with curving the turns, which as always makes much more of a difference than I tend to feel like it should. I strongly suspect that 8.29 is possible but I got a bit sick of playing with turns, and more to the point I still don't have a good way of working out how to optimise curving around so I don't really have any strategy to improve this further other than randomly trying stuff out and hoping I stumble upon success.
