Tier list based on the one shown here: http://ssb4ever.forumotion.com/t4-ssb64-tier-list-v1

Another of my TAS's, this time I was inspired from watching Tournaments of the Smash Brothers Games of real people. What I incorporated from those tournament videos into my TAS was a few simple concepts. One was that each contestant brought their own controller and plugged it into their preferred port. Instead of recording each fight with only two controllers (or one, since it is a one on one and after one of the two contestants would lose they would promptly leave and disconnect) I decided to make each controller in use for every fight. (It was purely to make it easier on me) However, I did make each character chosen have a special color. (Even though with the color cycling it made it look random, I assure you there was a method. I believe it was one was the Up Yellow arrow color and then the next was the right, the next was the bottom, the next was the left etc. etc.)
I've been meaning to upload this for a while, yet it was so tedious to upload, what with combining thirteen different TAS recordings (I made a different recording for each fight, so as to not make one mistake and have everything be ruined). Anyhow, here it is and I hope it was worth the wait (weight*).

Upon choosing this Tier list and following it, I feel it is a very good one to follow. At the very least, it is very good when considering my lack of L-cancels. The reason is because the only difference between Fox and Pikachu is the fact that Pikachu's B+Up is FAR superior to Fox's B+UP. However, Fox has Pikachu beat in speed, but not in damage output. Whereas Fox has a couple of cheesy moves that deal ridiculous damage (the second hit in the two-hit UP+AIR and the Down Tilt) where as Pikachu's moves all deal either whittling damage simply to accumulate damage, (Down+Air, Neutral A) Pikachu also has massive damage dealers that don't have a gimmick. (Back Air, Neutral Air) Not to mention the combination of being both floaty and sturdy at the same time. Floaty as in Pikachu's recovery is broken, and sturdy as in Pikachu is not so easily knocked around. As for the Ness being lower than DK, I was skeptical. However, upon closer inspection I learned just how fast Donkey Kong was able to recover from taking damage. Based on his weight and size, his ability to recover from damage is astonishing. He would easily have been able to be even higher on the tier list, if his moves took lesser frames to actually hit, and if his recovery wasn't great for only horizontal movement.
