Challenge: Night of the Knife
Items:4 Mini mushes(or more but 4 worked for me) to turn yourself invisible, The Pact, The Mark, The Meat, Pentagram and Mom's Knife.
Rules: No Item Rooms and Shops. You can only take Health Ups. You can take anything from chests even if it is an item.
