Teaching Google's Gemini A.I. how to solve MENSA IQ test puzzles
artificial intelligence they say? let's see how well it can recognize patterns and solve Mensa IQ test puzzles. couple years ago i took the online mensa and got 145 (max), but is Gemini able to solve any of them at all?
update: i did some research and i'm about 99% sure that Mensa is suppose to have more than 1 path that leads to correct answer, which is why i'm seeing some puzzles differently than others. i have never been good with math, but i'm extremely good with "visual math" where i just see the answer without doing the calculations.
15+ years ago i also took the offline mensa, where i got 156, i didn't think much of it back then, but over the years i realize just how big of a difference this is from average idgets who struggle with even the most basic puzzles / problems.
most irritating is how idiots measure IQ in money, fame, language skills ..etc. it's really frustrating and irritating, they don't realize what IQ is or how to measure it. it's all about "path finding" and how you approach things, it's mostly about tactical and "3D" thinking. in other words, this video shows clearly what IQ is about, there's no language or money involved.
for example i can imagine a color in my head that human eyes can't see, how would i explain this to another human? how do i explain how this color looks like?
or better yet, how do you explain to color blind person what colors are? or how do you even prove to color blind person that colors exist? if color blind person tells you "colors don't exist", how would you prove it?
yeah .. that's my life.. i can't explain to idiots what intelligence is, if they don't have it, then they just roll their eyes like some monkey. most common "arguement" i get is "why are you not rich then" or "why you dont work in NASA" ... they're just so dumb. they think that rich people are intelligent and that everyone in NASA is intelligent, which is not true. NASA is full of dumb people aswell, there are only very few intelligent people running things and telling dummies which buttons to press, in other words .. intelligent ones just train dummies to do things like bots. just cuz someone works in NASA, doesn't make them intelligent.
also ... intelligent people DO make mistakes, but when something doesn't add up, they self-analyze and recognize what's wrong. one of the most important things that intelligent people have, is ability to self-analyze. i didn't understand this for very long time, i thought everyone is able to do this. simple things, like analyze when you need to drink water, but idiots have no sense when to drink water, so with hot weather some of the dumber people pass out without realizing they need water.
same goes for drunk driving, dumb people ALWAYS over-estimate themselves, because they have no self-analyzing ability.
