3Teardown Version 1.0 is finally here ► Power Outage is a mission that takes place at Lee Chemicals. In it, the player has to destroy the dam turbines and auxiliary power in order to shut Lee Chemicals down. #7
Background
Gordon Woo is furious that his safes have been dumped into the ocean. He falsely blames this on Lawrence Lee Junior and seeks to take "revenge" on him.

The bomb provided explodes with a size of 8 when put in place at the dam turbines. When activated, it waits 10 seconds to explode.

There are two switchgear stations to be destroyed. One of them is located at the top right of the map in the shed and the other is located in the back room of the storage unit. Both are required.
Dam turbines
The dam turbines.
The Dam turbines can only be destroyed using the giant bomb given at the start of the mission. The bomb can be found in the bed of the blue Taskmaster and it must be placed within the white outline that surrounds the turbines in order to detonate it.

It is located at the tall white building on the lower right corner of the map.

There are three transformers to be destroyed. The first one is located on the wall of the brick building next to the garage, the second one is located on the back wall of the 2-story garage and the third one is located on the wall of the watchtower.

It is located inside of the factory.
Trivia
Destroying the dam causes a flood, visible in The Chase mission and presumably everywhere else across the rivers in Löckelle Municipality.
