2So you may be wondering, why am I recruiting Letena, arguably the most convoluted unit to recruit of this game, in a minimal recruitment run ? The first reason is that she will leave on her own at the start of the third split, but most importantly she can also take Kreiss with her !
After doing all the random sidequest to recruit her, the final thing to do is to have Kreiss deal the final blow to Mark, one of the five Wyvern Knight from the Condor Squad. I trained and promoted Kreiss mainly to give him 3 movement in the sand instead of 2, but the extra strength is also welcome since all the guys of the Condor Squad have high defense.
Speaking of them, they all give to each other support bonuses, which can quickly become very dangerous, so the best way to deal with them is to isolate and counter attack them, which is a perfect mission for Sasha with her Levin Sword and Maruj, though they can't take them all at once without a serious risk of death.
It's nice that they must be killed for Letena, since I would have to do so in any case to seize the south-east base as I must visit chapter 26B instead of the usual chapter 26A.
