Time jumps per emulator included below!

Be sure to read my review of the Raspberry Pi 3 as an emulation machine over at http://www.lumpzmedia.org/2017/04/29/tech-demo-raspberry-piretropie-as-an-emulation-machine/

(P.S. Do NOT ask me where to download ROMs, period! Google and Virtual Console are your friends.)

(P.P.S. Spare me your emulation morality discussions. This one's for the gamers! Trolls are blocked with the quickness!)

After reading up on the NES Classic Mini, I determined right away that production numbers were going to be low and found out that the NES Classic Mini is literally a Linux box with a peasly 2GB internal storage.

But what if I told you that the Raspberry Pi, which is very much available for purchase, is able to run all 30 of those games, and then some?!

With the help of RetroPie, I was able to construct my own Linux box that can emulate pretty much all of the classic consoles and handhelds up to PS1!

This video isn't intended to bag on those who are in the market for an NES Classic Mini or own one, but rather for those who weren't able to get their hands on one and don't want to grease the palms of some piece of shit scalper, but still get their game on!

And the best part about the Pi? You can use any USB or Bluetooth controller you'd like, for the most part. I've heard conflicting reports on the performance of certain controllers, like the 8bitdo NES30, but many controllers in the classic style across all systems are typically good to go!

If you have any input on the games or emulators I showcase here, please leave a comment below! I'm also available for any questions on setting up your own RetroPie setup. Hit me up on Twitter: @LumpztheClown

Thanks for watching, and Lumpz the Clown OUT!
