Technical issues canceled STAAR testing for thousands of students across Texas Tuesday. The Texas Education Agency said connectivity issues caused the disruptions. But as KVUE's Jenni Lee reports, the issues are unacceptable for at least one parent who said she risked her sons' lives for an unnecessary test.
