I've recorded with Shadowplay, so I am not sure about the sound issues upon starting recording.
However, the chat log explains as following:

1.) I've recommended to exchange the battery.
2.) This got accepted, but the client asked for the chat logs.
3.) I've the upgrade to send them automatically.
4.) I've stupidly make the client a complient.
5.) Apparently this broke the whole situation as it didn't got resolved as of my interference. XD
6.) Asked for Two Factor Authentification, since client was VIP.
7.) Wasn't matching.
8.) So I made the other suggestion to send it for reapir.
9.) After this got refused I told the client that there is nothing more that can be done.
10.) Resolved successfully. XDDD

Currently my weirdest case, but then again my playstyle differs vastly from Josh's, who motivated me for trying this game out. :D
