In this video, Kyle Uehlein dives into his adventure into preserving the visual state of a drag-and-drop centric UI through the preservation of x and y coordinates. Using the svg path element, Kyle explored a way to literally draw the position of his React components onto the UI. This technique utilized React-Redux, React DND, D3, and mongoDB (with Mongoose).
