Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles! Donatello Is Broken - NES
6Konami tried to make something big with this, rather than the usual beat 'em ups we're used to. I'm sure everyone has had some memory of playing this game, and getting destroyed by the difficulty. This time we play it legit, which requires respawning the pizza, keeping all the turtles alive and some good RNG. The platforming feels very odd, since you jump so high and floaty. The game get's harder with each level and the map size grows. You can easily get lost if you don't know what to do next. There's also a powerful scroll side weapon that can make the game much more feasible, if you're willing to farm it. I think the game is still really good, definitely some cheap sections but I appreciate the ambition.
