'Jun' and 'Sake' are both unused characters in this version of the game. It obviously makes them non-selectable characters.
Jun Kazama is the nature girl of Tekken we all know; but Sake was meant to be a fish character who was planned as a mid-boss. The idea got canned into tuna.
The first section of the video shows 'Jun' in action. The second section shows 'Sake' in action.

---- 'Jun' uses Nina's character model, and 'Sake' uses Yoshimitsu's character model.
---- Both of them use Jin Kazama's moveset.
