In this tutorial/guide I show you how to make an elevator with support frames and frame motors. The elevator is controlled with redpower2 logic. The control circuit is almost identical to the control circuit for the automated sunroof. The only difference is that the motors are controlled with push buttons and an RS Latch instead of a light sensor. This design can easily be modified to make a drwbridge.
