In this tutorial I will show you how to run a combustion engine safely without water. I achieve this by building two sets of engines. One set is always on while the other set is always off. This gives the engines time to cool off. I'll show you how to build the circuit to control the engines. The circuit consists of a timer, state cell and a NOT gate. Finally, I will show you how to turn the setup off and on by using a pair of AND gates and a lever.
