0Temtem is a cool new release! It feels like the logical evolution of games like Pokemon. The battle system is well thought out and interesting, and the "Tems" are all great designs that honestly put more recent Pokemon games to shame. If you're looking to scratch that old Pokemon itch but aren't liking the new Pokemon games, this is a great alternative with a ton of fresh content. When I first started playing I thought this game would fill the same niche as some of the other "fakemon" games that have come out over the years, but to be honest this feels like a real competitor or spiritual successor to the old Pokemon games.
