There are two possible epilogues: a good end (when you manage to destroy everything in Cyberdyne Systems) and a bad end (when you fail, which is the most common thing).
However, only the brief clip with John picture will change, i've merged both in the same ending ;)
And, as a little bonus, at the end of the end (err..) we'll see what happens if T-1000 kills John in the last fight..
