Well met Citizen !

Long time no see - but it was for a good reason : many improvements have been made, technical and graphical, all of which are showcased in this new visit of the Imperial City.

On the technical side, Nanite is back with Lumen and nearly all towns and structures are now instanced, enabling me to include all the assets from the original game (placed with a 99.9% precision thanks to my new workflow) without any major performance drop.

Graphics-wise, lighting has been reviewed and gives an even more realistic look to the scene.

Additional details have also been added such as birds and new sound effects.

Rendered with an average of 30fps on an Intel I7 4770K, Geforce 1660 GTX (6Gb) and 24Gb of RAM in Unreal Engine 5 Early Access 2.

I hope you enjoy this new video and appreciate the work I have done on this project, solely for the purpose of having fun and keeping alive the memory of Oblivion :)

Cheers and take care,

Greg

PS : Just added a quick tutorial explaining how I imported the assets.
