Tesla Premium Connectivity Worth It? | Features Explained
361Tesla is now starting to offer its "premium connectivity" features for $9.99 USD a month. In this video I explain the difference between standard and premium as well as explain data usage and as to why it is a good deal, at least where I live.
You do have the option to hot spot from your phone to your car. This might be the ideal situation for some depending on your usage rates and current data plan.
The update will affect all Model S, Model X, and Model 3 owners who purchased on or after July 1, 2018. Everyone prior is grandfathered in.
Overall I think it is a great price and this is with unlimited video streaming. If you do watch Netflix or Youtube in your Tesla, the $10 a month seems like a really good deal.
