Tess, Joel and Ellie are Capitol Building now, turns out it's the Massachusetts State House, we are in Boston! Inside though there's bad news: the Fireflies are dead. Now what?! To Joel it's simple, we go home, this isn't our business, to Tess though it's time for a dramatic reveal. Tess got bitten on the way here, there's no going back for her. CRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAPP!!!!!! :'(

Soldiers arrive outside and there's not time to argue any more. Whatever is up with Ellie is too important to let go. Tess asks Joel to take Ellie with him and see this through. She'll hold off the soldiers as long as she can :'( Tess and Ellie have no choice but to honour her wish and leave her. Seconds later the soldier break in and Tess is shot and killed :'(

We now have a pile of soldiers to get past, we also found a hunting rifle but I don't really want to just gun down soldiers because I still don't know if they're just doing their job or what:? Regardless we escape into the subway and are able to sneak through. It's flooded and we learn that Ellie can't swim but we're able to use a crate as a raft for her! :)

Back outside and finally not being shot at Joel lays down the ground rules for our journey together in a kind of dickish way but I guess he's all torn up inside about Tess's death to say the least. He's going to respect Tess's wish though. There's town nearby and someone there apparently owes him a favour and may be able to get them a car, so that's where we're heading, out of the city.

My The Last Of Us Remastered Playthrough Part 7 PS4 PRO/Playstation 4 pro with facecam and commentary at 1080p 60fps max settings, normal difficulty.
