Incase you missed this years Pro Evolution Soccer game has been rebranded to eFootball 22. According to Konami this change marks the beginning of new era for the football sim, with enhanced graphics and improved gameplay.
The user reviews however are almost entirely negative. Players reported dozens of issues and bugs like low frame rate, poor graphics, animation and opponent AI. Some users even went as far as claiming eFootball 22 is literally unplayable and calling it a step backwards for the Pro Evolution Soccer series.
Konami also switched to Unreal Engine for eFootball 22. So it's going to more than interesting to test how the game performs on the PS5 and lets get started.
