I was searching for a way to attempt to stop all the stuttering and due to the problem of the CPU being bottle-necked AND the GPU barely needing to list a finger I thought I would look up to see if there was a way for it to use the power instead to make the streaming easier.

It appears that this had worked, however there's still a few memory issues via chrome eating huge portions of RAM, but it is certainly more improved. I will still need a new CPU, but I also found this kind of funny because I had never played the "Altered Beasts" PS2 game which was very weird and kinda funny!
