So it seems you can unlock frame generation after lying in the args to start the game that it isn't a Steam Deck.
Just set SteamDeck=0:

Tried to set the UMA Buffer to 4G but didn't notice any improvement.
So I've settled for a 50FPS limit in the overlay.
